- Currently, our turn around time is 1-7 business days. However, those times are subject to change. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. If volume times are high, your order could take up to 10 days.
- USPS is the only means of shipping at the moment. All orders will be supplied with a tracking number and will be packaged to the best of our ability.
- Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as "delivered" yet you did not receive it, please contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery. We cannot refund you for a package if there is a delivery confirmation to the address that you confirmed. It is up to the buyer to locate said package if it was not delivered to you. You may need to file a lost package claim and unfortunately, this is something that we cannot do for you. If you do decide to open a claim, please send us the claim number for our records. We will do everything we can to help you in locating your package, but all responsibilities for locating the missing package is on the buyer.
- If your order is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyers expense or order refunded minus shipping costs.
- Should you want your packaged expedited, please contact us before shipping and we will invoice you for the additional shipping costs.
- If for any reason your polish arrives broken or if your order is incorrect, please email me within 2 business days of receiving your order. Photo evidence must be presented.
